Static Pass Box or Dynamic Pass Box — Which One Fits Your Process?

Both systems support material transfer between clean and less-clean areas, but their operating methods are different.

A Static Pass Box is suitable for routine transfer of samples, tools, documents, and small production items where active airflow is not required. It commonly uses mechanical or electrical interlocking and may include a viewing window and UV lamp option.

A Dynamic Pass Box adds HEPA-filtered airflow during the transfer cycle. It is more suitable when the process requires additional particle control, pressure monitoring, electromagnetic interlocking, and an adjustable air-shower cycle.

Choose based on:
• Required contamination-control level
• Type and size of items transferred
• Need for active HEPA-filtered airflow
• Interlock and monitoring requirements
• Available installation space
• Cleanroom process and validation needs
