Overview
The KAAS FusionPro FF Series High-Temperature Fusion Furnace is designed for laboratory experiments and industrial production applications requiring controlled high-temperature heating and melting.
With a rated temperature of up to 1200°C, the furnace is mainly used for heating and melting samples in pyrometallurgical assays, as well as applications in electronics, ceramics, metallurgy, glass and new material development.
The furnace features a robust galvanized steel external structure mounted on a steel frame, while the furnace chamber is constructed with high-insulation alumina refractory bricks and insulating refractory bricks to provide effective thermal insulation during high-temperature operation.
A K-type thermocouple provides accurate temperature measurement and supports stable temperature control. The pneumatically controlled furnace door, operated through a foot switch, allows the operator to open the hot furnace door while maintaining greater distance from the high-temperature chamber.
The FF Series is available in FF-12 and FF-25 models, offering different muffle sizes and cupel capacities to accommodate varying sample-processing requirements.
